Ábrete Corazón is an intimate six-day retreat, limited to just three participants.
Away from your usual environment, you have the space to step outside familiar patterns and see what is really there.
No crowds.
No distractions.
Just deep work, honest exploration and integration.
You are not entering this process alone.
Ábrete Corazón is personally held by Or and Michael, two experienced facilitators who bring different but complementary approaches to the work.
Our role is not to do the work for you.
It is to create the space, guide the process and help you navigate what emerges.
We work with you before, during and after the retreat.
Each participant goes through their own individual process, with our attention and guidance throughout.
Michael
Michael is a holistic therapist and a graduate of the American Academy of Hypnotherapy. His work combines his therapeutic background with ancient Vedic practices and years of personal exploration.
He brings these different elements together in a grounded and intuitive way, responding to what emerges in each experience.
Or
Or has more than 20 years of experience teaching Hatha Yoga, with a deep understanding of the relationship between body, mind, consciousness and energy.
His own personal exploration eventually led him beyond teaching and into the work that became Ábrete Corazón, shaping the way he works with people today.
Six days.
One process.
The process begins before you arrive, with personal preparation calls that help lay the foundation for the days ahead.
At the heart of the retreat are four guided psilocybin ceremonies. Each ceremony prepares the ground for the one that follows.
The ceremonies take you beyond intellectual understanding, allowing you to access parts of yourself that ordinary consciousness often cannot reach.
This is where understanding becomes experience.
Between the ceremonies, there is time for personal conversations and integration, but also plenty of space to simply be — to process what you experienced, rest, walk in nature and allow things to settle.
During the ceremonies, we also work with additional tools, including different varieties of Rapé, Hijama and tools from the Vedic tradition, depending on the individual process and what is needed in the moment.
The medicine isn’t the destination.
It’s the doorway.
What you discover and what you do with it afterwards is where transformation begins.
You don’t have to be broken to want more.
This retreat is for people who have already done some inner work and know there is further they want to go.
You may come because something in your life still feels unresolved. Or simply because you know something needs to change.
What matters most is not how much you are struggling. It is how willing you are.
Willing to be honest.
Willing to look.
Willing to feel.
Willing to question what you have been telling yourself.
Willing to take responsibility for what happens next.

Ábrete Corazón takes place in our home in the mountains of Cantabria, Northern Spain, surrounded by nature and away from the noise of everyday life.
Each participant has their own bedroom and personal space, with plenty of room to rest and be alone when you need it.
Everything is taken care of.
From the moment you arrive, the practical details are handled so you can focus on yourself.
